Health Information Notice
Last updated: August 27, 2026
Hilva is designed to support everyday organization and coordination. It is not a healthcare professional and must not be used as a substitute for medical, pharmaceutical, or emergency care.
1. Not medical advice
Hilva does not diagnose illnesses, recommend treatments, determine doses, or instruct anyone to start, stop, or modify a medication.
Health decisions should be made with qualified professionals who know the person’s circumstances.
2. Information must be reviewed
Medications, doses, schedules, and instructions shown in Hilva come from information entered or confirmed by users. Review that information against the relevant clinical source.
3. Reminders can fail
Notifications depend on devices, connectivity, browsers, operating systems, and external services. A reminder may be delayed, duplicated, or not delivered.
Do not rely exclusively on Hilva when a missed dose or notification could create a serious or immediate risk.
4. Prescription reading and artificial intelligence
Assisted prescription reading prepares a draft and may make mistakes. All extracted information must be reviewed by a person before a treatment is created or changed in Hilva.
The feature does not verify document authenticity, interpret clinical intent, or replace professional review.
5. Emergencies
Hilva is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, suspected overdose, serious adverse reaction, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, or other dangerous situation, immediately use the emergency services available in your location.
6. Treatment changes
Recording, pausing, or removing a medication in Hilva changes organization inside the application; it is not an instruction to stop or modify the real treatment. Make clinical changes only according to appropriate professional instructions.
